Today we went to a pumpkin festival in Ludswigburg. We saw this palace that was really big. We met with some friends and walked through. We stopped at the merry-go-round, then we went through this cool old tunnel. After that we saw a bunch of pumpkin statue displays of different things. I found a giant shell with a snail in it, and it was really cool so I picked it up. We tried pumpkin fries, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin waffles, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin wine, and pumpkin cheesecake. After we ate we played at a park for a little bit. Then we went up a really tall hill and saw more statues on our way out. We had some ice cream and then left. We went to get on the train and there was a power line issue and we had to wait 30 minutes for a train. After we finally got on the train, we were all so hungry, so we stopped at a place for dinner called “Kitchen”. It was really cool inside, and used couches for seats at the tables. They had this cool cube that you touched and it would change color and they would come take your order.
